Wifi is available within the studio and the building, and will be shared with you upon arrival.

Planned overtime (arranged before your booking) is charged £45/hour. Unplanned overtime rates of £70/hour apply. Please note that while we may be able to accommodate one hour overtime without prior agreement, anything surpassing this should be raised prior to rental or as early as possible. Please note that in the case of half-day hires overtime may not always be available due to back-to-back bookings. We reserve the right not to provide overtime.

Please note that a confirmed booking is non-refundable. However, it can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48-hours notice before the original booking date. The rescheduled date must be within 30 days from the original booking date. Shannon Studios reserves the right to charge the full fee along with any costs incurred by the company in relation to the confirmed booking.

Use of our backdrops as portrait backgrounds is free of charge. We charge £10/m for reasonable (floor) use of our backdrops. For full use of a backdrop roll, we charge £80. If you would like us to order a colour that is not currently available at Shannon Studios, please contact us as much time in advance as possible (3+ days) as we cannot be held responsible for any delay in the backdrop reception.

Yes, the Studio is located on the second floor of The Archives building, and accessible facilities are available within the building.

We are unable to offer onsite parking at Shannon Studios. Temporary loading and unloading is available, with a maximum time of 1 hour. Please provide us with a 48 hours notice.

There is! The studio’s window is 7m wide and is East facing.

Feedback so far is that there is no need to black out the space. But we are open to the idea!
